I am a proud stay at home mom and wife. Having two babies takes a toll on your body. Combine that with age, and It’s not easy to get back to how you use to look in your 20's. After my second child and before turning 35 years of age I wanted get my body in the best shape of my life. With the help of Jim Berardino (what a professional) I did it! I have never met a trainer who not only helped me physically but educated my family and I on diet/nutrition. Jim is someone who is genuine and genuinely cares about your wellbeing. Jim has challenged and motivated me to meet each one of my goals; body fat, stamina, nutrition/diet and most important-water intake. He tailored a workout specifically to meet my needs and body type. I am incredibly happy with the way I look and feel (like in my 20's again). I know one thing...I could not have done it without the support of my family and Jim’s guidance.

Wow!!! 320 pounds, and I don't even realize it… to stop eating things that taste so good, going to the gym a few times a week, or even losing the weight seemed impossible... 4 months later 65 pounds lighter who would of thought? During the past few months I've learned a lot, as far as how to eat and how to maintain my body weight. It was a challenge, there were times where I wanted to give up, and say I'm never going to lose any weight, this diet is not working, or I don't like to do cardio, but every hurdle was well worth it.

He is passionate about what he does and it shows in his work. No routines are ever the same; he is constantly adjusting and developing programs that maximize my potential. My wife and I started (referred from a friend) training with Jim 3 years ago and couldn’t be happier. I have never met a trainer (I tried 3) that is so focused on us maintaining perfect form or that is so well read in nutrition. Jim custom tailors every workout so we get the perfect balance of cardio, weight, and core training. Since I have been training with Jim, my strength has increased dramatically!
Always an avid golf player, I have watched my game improve as I continue to undergo specific training designed to develop a more powerful golf swing, increase my range of motion, in addition to furthering my balance and stability. So far I have won four golf tournaments while training with Jim and look forward to what is yet to come!

Jim has been working with me for about a year. I have lost 20 pounds with more to go and dropped my cholesterol from 250 to 185! I have had spinal surgery so I needed someone well qualified so I will do the exercises without injuring myself. Jim does an excellent job with me and he really makes me work on all the muscle groups. I highly recommend him to anyone that wants to get in shape.

I have been training with Jim for six months, 2 times a week. I look forward to my training sessions because I receive the benefit of one-on-one training and every workout is different. So far I have lost inches everywhere and have improved my strength. I'm becoming more fit and am seeing definition. Jim is very accommodating, prompt, personable and very motivating. He is always on me to do the exercises correctly while getting all the results from strength training, cardio and diet that I need.
