
The Survivor Challenge is an outdoor group fitness class unlike anything you have experienced! Don’t let the name intimidate you, our course begins at your current fitness level. Whatever shape you may be in we will work with you leaving you truly amazed at such progress in as little as 6 weeks! Our instructors are certified personal trainers with backgrounds in wilderness survival and the marines yet are supportive and will encourage you every step of the way.

Orientation

Before your six-week training begins, you will be invited to an orientation. The program will be explained in detail, and all of your questions will be addressed. You will be given a food journal on which to record your weekly nutrition. A detailed schedule will be provided with the training locations and a description of the six Saturday challenges. You will then complete your initial Physical Assessment and will have the option to have a "before" photo taken.
Two Fitness Assessments
You will be assessed before your training begins and at the conclusion of the program to document your results.

When you participate in any of our exhilarating Survivor Challenge classes you will need to sign a general liability and consent form before the first session begins.
We HIGHLY recommend that you visit your primary care physician and have a complete physical examination conducted prior to starting our course. This will ensure your overall safety and well being.

Program Policy
Classes will be held rain or shine.
There is always a one week off transition period in between the 6-week Survivor Challenge course. This is necessary to allow the muscles to receive adequate rest and regeneration prior to the next course if you will be returning.
You must make a full payment prior to starting the session.
All PayPal tuition payments will incur a 3% PayPal processing fee.
There is no refund once a payment has been processed. However, class credit may be given for valid reasons (medical or emergency matters) with proper notice.
You will not be reimbursed for any missed classes. However, for valid reasons (medical or emergency matters) with proper notice, you will get a class credit toward future sessions.
Coupons/Special offers received through our 3rd party affiliates can be used only by first time Survivors.
Only one discount can be used per session (cannot be combined) and must be presented to & collected by Survivalist Instructor Jim or Greg on or before Day 1 of The Survivor Challenge you will be participating in. ALL Discounts are taken off the full price ONLY.
