Jim Berardino
With over a decade experience in the fitness industry, Jim is always ready to provide you with an intense, high quality workout. He is a certified personal trainer through the International Sports & Science Association, also holding a certification in sports nutrition. Jim has devoted his career to assisting others reach a wide variety of fitness goals, improve their diet and simply feel better about themselves.
Formerly a personal trainer at L.A. Fitness, Jim was also an instructor for Extreme Boot Camp and manager for 661 Fitness – a private training studio. Though specializing in strength training, Jim’s other passion has always been the great outdoors! He has led numerous backpacking trips through the remote wilderness to geographical points of interest not accessible by vehicle.
He is skilled with tested and proven wilderness survival techniques, backed by first-aid training and also holds current certifications in CPR/AED.
